The rethoric here is that AI ''is''. In my world, AI is a thing created by us. Not a person. But if you ask me WE are AI. So the authoritarian regime or warfair or any other kind of violent dangerous damage to us, is...US. I don't like how every single word spoken on that committee comes in the language, and from WAR point of view.
