My friend drives live animals and they have two drivers that take turns driving because they go across country and they can't stop for long or sleep over night because something can happen to the animals. They work for the company that they work for because the other companies were lax with their drivers and would let only one driver drive straight through to pay only one pay. The delivery companies cut corners. I see this automation as safer because I have seen drivers go without sleep and pee in a bottle or don't drink water to make it on a strict time schedule.
