The worst is that most times replacing employees with AI destroys the company, sooner or later. Recently I had to do a compulsory online course , required by my company, and it was blatantly obvious that it was an AI made course. The worse ever course I was forced to waste my time on , unintelligible, miming content but with no content. Wasting time for thousands of employees with no benefits. I have no doubts this is happening a lot all around the world.
