Good points! About your last points from around 15:20:
I think this is a pretty common issue in the tech industry: making solutions to problems that don't exist. The example advertisement you showed is a perfect example. Gen AI was made because someone thought it'd be cool, and now people are retroactively looking for a gap in the market where it could fit.
