The worst though, which should be a lawsuit, cable companies and internet. they have a AI whatsapp, or messenger, or text messenger. It gives choices of 1-4, but half the time does not address your problem. It arranges someone to hook up cable or internet in 2 seconds. When you move especially, or try to cancel it, it becomes impossible. In addition, the fiber optic boxes, which have to be returned, or reprogrammed for another address, are almost impossible to return, in person or at any store. You have to schedule a person to pick it up or change it, which the AI doesn't do. I read horror stories about people only getting 3 extra month bills after moving and changing addresses, having to reinstall everything from scratch, and never being able to return the boxes. Also, once you do anything seeming like cancelling or moving, you get non-stop harassment via whatsapp, text or messaging, to install, to get some product, or other advertising. So when you move, to get anything in reasonable time, you have to reinstall the service which is easy. These companies, in the US make 300 billion a year, and the same say in south America or Europe. It's such an obvious rip off sham, fostered by AI running all communications, they should be liable for fraud.
