Okay that guy in court was the one actual acception to the "AI art is not art" 'CAuse he MADE the AI, MADE all it's reference photos and the outputted image wasn't the art itself; the fact it was made by an AI was. THATs the whole thing- so like in this ONE case he gets a pass in my mind.
