J’ai travaillé comme représentant service à la clientèle pour la Citibank au Canada et ils utilisent l’IA pour mesurer la qualité des appels et c’est clairement une de leur plus grande mesure de performance. C’était un peu balourd pour des gens comme moi qui avons un accent français et et dont l’anglais n’est pas la langue maternelle. De plus ça jugeais si l’agent avait l’air distrait , calme , excité , hâte de finir l’Appel .
