1. This bias seems to be resolved because I
a) got answers to all my questions so far which were controversial in a lot of cases, and
b) did the test with general, white, and black improvement; started with general, continued with black and ended as white. The two former had 10answers, the white one 11. The latter two cases were ca. half similar to general improvement and half how to end racial inequalities.
2. In fairness the findings brought forward in this video were probably the unaltered form of GPT interpreting the internet where more stories of black people being discriminated against is more abundant.
3. I go to a grocery store every week with my backpack and noone asks questions. But one time I go with my black friend and they ask me to open it (no problem as we didn't steal but it shows the distrust is real, so it's not really AI's fault to represent reality).
4. To be honest the title can be answered with a "no", even though the video is set up to answer with "yes", because even if AI still handled the question in the way shown in the video, it would help white people way more to know how to improve, than telling others their question was inappropriate (imagine being an inuit woman and no improvment is recommended but rather it tells you you were racist).
