Brother!! I dont know where u got the only 5% is because of AI. A company today cannot lay off explicitly saying they have AI so they dont want many employees or engineers. That will only cause more problem cause expect law suits filing left right and center. They have to make it look like its something else, cost cutting etc.. this is just dip shit PR for AI. Fact, company say whatever they want for layoff and make it not look like AI when in reality its cause of AI. You dont need same 50k employees when with AI agents you can do the work of 10 people min. Such a naive research and narrative.
