All is true here, yet remember Musk is here to slow down OpenAI as he just started his own AI company and is currently way behind. If he can get regulations to ban OpenAI it will help his company catch up. Then when his AI is as powerful he will start talking about how AI can't be harmful -- which is a lie to a point.
