I always imagined the future to be robots helping us with everyday tasks. Not... Robots doing all the fun stuff and leaving us to do everyday tasks
I like art. Mostly pixel art and AI isn't very good at that yet. But the fact that AI art is so common nowadays really concerns me.
I think AI will eventually "inbreed" (by using its own slop to generate even worse slop) so much that corporations will realize how stupid the idea of replacing art with AI is, and artists will become needed again.
There is always hope.
Maybe things will change. But art will always be needed. ...Hopefully
