It's encouraging to see a sensible discussion as opposed to a public lynching. As a developer it's impossible to know everything (as I'm sure is the case with most subjects). I was able discuss my ideas with chatgpt and refine then using it's suggestions. It's been incredibly useful and I've learnt a lot from it. The future impact of AI will probably be both positive and negative as with anything there are pros and cons. It depends on how the user applies the technology.
