I've been a labourer all my life and i like it, from sailor on trasnoprt ships to factory worker, i like it. If AI or robotics would take away those kinds of jobs and that i what i could do is working with them from behind a desk i would hate it, i need to work with my arms, doing something physical, not typing on a keyboard. What i also fear with AI is that human advices and experiences would become undermined by AI, my time as a teenager up to adulthood was shit, like really shit and i am proud today that i overcomed this almost entirely on my own, now i'm sharing my experiences and knowlegde to anyone who wants to hear it but with AI i don't just fear that no one would like to listen to my advices, i fear that they would stop listening to human advices in general. I'm not an artist, i got some notions in calligraphy and making freestyle tribals but that's it but i highly respect artists but god do i wish there would be a universal filter button for AI generated content, AI generated content in general should never be monetized in my opinion, it should be just a toy. So yeah if AI continues like this i won't be happy at all, i need to struggle, i need to be needed, i need to be usefull. Something like art must take time, it must be expensive, making it cheap and fast is an insult to art...
