The ELEPHANT in the room...is not just the simple fact that nobody has a freakin clue what 'conscious' even means ...but no one has a freakin clue how much we DON'T know...!!! And if you look at all the clues (in the world of psychedelics, anomalous psychology, the paranormal, religion and mysticicism...let alone plain old neuroscience and physics) you discover that what we DON'T know...is almost big enough to drive an entire universe through....!!! And yet...here we have countless...often very intelligent... people claiming that these AI bubble-bots...are actually conscious...!!!!
