A.I art is not just taking inspiration from the past or from artist that died, but learning and studying art from artist nowadays, the issue lies there, if the A. I only copied Dalle, Van Gogh or Picasso it wouldn't be such an issue, but the A.I learned from actual artist withouth their permission, copied them without their permission...the fact that you can find an image with google search does not mean it has no copyright
