i understand that fear. ur sayign that there are robots that potentially can cause harm and sorta 'overun' their creators due to their capacity and potential.
as long as an AI 'program' stays in virtual reality or something, like a computer and not something that can move around interacting with humans at the same time, perhaps we might be safe. but its that inevitable outcome and fate that we fear in the end.
