I give Chat GPT simple math questions everyday and I always get the wrong answer. I know it's just a online speaking aid not actual AI but for example I asked Chat GPT if I am downloading a file that is 59 GB at 1 mb per second how long will it take to download and I got the answer of first 700 million hours and then 700 something thousand days. When I informed that that 59,000 would be a better estimate and the unit would be seconds it said oh yeah I apologize 59,000 seconds is a good estimate. I waited 5 minutes and in the meantime asked it some other questions about different topics and then asked it that question again about the 59 GB download and it told me over 2,000 years. They should not have control of anything that is even remotely dangerous or important
