There are many aspects of my job that AI could really help with but I work in the healthcare space and our company leaders have blocked every AI on our work computers "for security reasons", so I'm hamstrung quite a bit. The only AI that we have access to is Copilot because it's built into Office 365, but it's just not good for a lot of the things that I previously used Claude or Perplexity for before they blocked everything.
