The corporate super rich elites are squeezing the poor and middle class for every dollar they have. Runaway inflation, wage stagnation, outrageous education costs, medical costs which bankrupt people, housing costs which people cannot afford, residential houses bought up by the millions by huge corporations, spiraling food costs which are unaffordable, and now AI, which as it improves will put most Americans permanently out of a decent job. And will we get a UBI to care for the jobless, hungry and homeless? Well, considering the overwhelming greed of the rich, I seriously doubt it. But without a decent UBI, I envision America ripped apart by division and violence.
