I'm honestly surprised it's taken this long. I know they've always had that disconnect between how they had to legally file the vehicles as "driver assisted" and yet keep advertising it as "auto-pilot" or completely driverless. Especially the safety claim. Why has it taken this long for anything legal to start happening over it? Our court systems are too slow, or maybe just too easily paid off until something becomes a problem.
