AI used by major internet companies have not helped their customers or their ability to compete. The companies that have humans in customer service are the ones who will excel. It is truly amazing how badly designed the online applications for internet and mobile devices are leaving customers feeling stranded and helpless to solve glitches in service and billing. There will always be a need for human interaction with all services and professions.
