AI coding is actually great when you understand and work within its limits. The projects I've been successful at were heavily prompt-engineered, adding context to the project workflow, AGENT.md files, and constant revisions until it more or less does the right thing. But once you get past that hump, it can often implement hundreds of lines of correct code without much help or iteration. You just have to put it on intense context guiderails.
