What's old is new. WebMD had a reputation for overemphasizing the possibility of cancer. Of course early 2000s me panicked for maybe a day before I realized what was going on.
With the more personalized response present in AI, I can understand how such issues could be exacerbated. Folks need more of a critical eye than ever.
