First clue is often the hyperbole click-bait video title. Somebody did a little something and by themselves changed the entire course of "pick any subject" or "everything changed". Then you watch and if you know the subject you discover that there was a lot more involved. Then as others have pointed out the video never shows the speaker in action, and there are numerous common words very badly pronounced even when spelled correctly in the closed caption. I am thinking about 50% of the videos I see now have AI generated voices and some very poorly selected video images. As a minor creator who shoots my own live video and spends hours editing a 20 minute clip I find this unacceptable.
