Chat GPT doesnt know more than anybody. It simply accesses a data base. One could say that any person could access a data base to obtain information. Chat GPT makes a call to a hard drive. There are different types of memory. A computer scientist would say this. A computer doesnt know information. This is the problem with giving too much imprtance to something. The information is stored as ones and zeros on a hard drive. I know I may sound pedandic but if one took out the hard drive Chat GPT would know nothing. The important part is how Chat GPT thinks. The weighting of the thought processes in the thinkging part of the algorithm. Details matter.
