I'm advising an EU corporate on this now. For any AI use case they have to submit a form with 156 questions... EU is killing itself. Environment was the same. They over-regulated. Then all the chemical companies went to China. The results: (1) EU industry is dying, (2) energy costs are crazy, (3) there is more CO2 produced globally than before because Chinese plants are less efficient. Complete well intentioned incompetence.
