So the dude openly states that he uses AI.
Twitter has no option for "AI Generator" as an occupation so Artist is the closest option, blame Twitter for that, not the user.
And he posted an AI generated image to his AI imagery based account for his followers to see, followers which follow him for his AI images.
The only issues i see is that he messes with NFTs. Maybe also that he takes request for money, but that mostly falls on the customer since he is not attempting to hide the fact that he uses AI.
Don't get me wrong, AI art is bad WHEN IT IS PRETENDING TO BE REAL ART. That being said, I love using AI to generate images for situations that i need.
I'm not going to pay some artist to make me a background for my desktop that i will switch out in a month, that is a waste of money and a waste of the artists time. It is disrespectful to every party involved.
Im also not going to get an AI to design a world for a video game, that is best left to humans for very obvious reasons.
