u cant make it so EU cant have AI i weapons and just hope that Russia or China wont create AI's that will be able to infiltrate our systems and wipe us out. We are more reliable in daily tech then people understand. Half of us would starve to death in 1 year if someone was able to ruing our infrastructure with AI. Its all about building weapons and understanding how to counter them.
