Sorry, AI is more about data not code, as an example - the penguin being a bird, you dont adjust the algorithm, the algorithm (say Decision Tree or Random Forest) is fixed, you feed/train the procedure (program that feeds the algorithm with required data) with data identifying penguin as a bird. by feeding the procedure with more data on what birds are it learns. this is the so called machine learning, which is similar to human - the more exposure we human have the more we learn, no code adjustment.
