The software company I work for refuses to downsize the hundreds of overpaid deadbeat Directors, VP's, COO's etc. so instead they will lay off almost all of us in customer service and tech support. A close relative of mine is a director so I get the inside scoop.
My bosses told us to, "train the AI" to generate better answers. Get ready for the bloodbath because we in the tech sector are training our AI replacements as we speak.
