Why does a teacher at the blackboard still have to ramble on about something that any average chatbot can now generate in a second? It all comes down to information, technology, and funding. In the past, information was mainly available to teachers; today, every pupil or student can access the same scope and quality of knowledge on their mobile phone or tablet. With the help of hyperlinks in Wikipedia or Kiwix, any topic can be studied—including context and connections. Interpretation and correct explanation of content is also possible when its exact meaning isn't immediately clear. One can ask a good chatbot, study referenced online sources, or enter an advanced query into a search engine. There are many options. In this way, almost any subject area can be mastered, especially in the descriptive sciences. Digital content has many advantages. Through hyperlinks, one can explore content contextually, find necessary connections, and clarify content ambiguities. This is often a major issue in traditional lecturing, which is why students learn so little. We must recognize that today, a chatbot can generate a high-quality explanation on the vast majority of topics in the descriptive sciences. For a general overview, this is more than sufficient. Just enter, for example, “German Confederation,” “Bourbon Restoration,” or “Weimar Republic,” etc. The same applies to geography, biology, and so on. For basic technical sciences, you can use tools like Mathway, PhyWiz, and Chemistry Cool. They solve technical problems and explain them in detail. Today’s education system must be of the highest quality and efficiency; otherwise, we have no chance of keeping up in a rapidly developing world. Schools will then only be necessary for applied sciences and hands-on training. Otherwise, it's just a waste of time, energy, money, manpower, and children's potential.
Here are robots, that see, hear, speak, think, move like humans, but in our schools teachers still solve "huge problems" as who was first and second Premyslid ruler in Europe and similar unnecessary nonsence. Why nobody is seeing this? There, where people are inefficient in their work, nothing other is left, than to replace such a people with more efficient tools as ai and ai robots. There isnt any other way.🤦
