I agree with the points and sentiment of this video! This also happens on the software side of content creation. Copyleft licenses are being "washed" (as in "money laundering") by LLMs.
Personally, I don't care if AI were trained on my public creations, voice, face, or personality, as long as the generated content is explicitly marked as "not real". Please (anyone) let me know if I should be more careful about this, and why.
If someone put enough effort on making a digital replica of me, I might be flattered and disturbed lol. Sadly, most AI training happens mindlessly and automatically, so "intentional effort" is unlikely to happen
