I really hope that she has spoken up more about how you definitely should not go to AI to talk about your issues. Do not use AI as therapy. That’s the stupidest shit I think I’ve ever heard in my life. It is designed to get to know you. If you tell it that you want to kill yourself, it’s going to give you ways to do it. Do not go to ChatGPT or any other form of AI as therapy. Vent in your notes or some shit but don’t go to a fucking robot to talk about your feelings. Not only does it not benefit you in the way you think it does, but it also contributes to us not having any freshwater in the next 10 to 15 years. Anyone who does that, I hope you are able to get some real help from a real person.
