Would you be ok with ai art if it was made from a model trained from purely consenting artists, and disclosed properly? This is definitely a hypothetical situation of course. I know you won't find hundreds of millions of pieces from consenting artists. But let's pretend. Let's say a new fresh ai company were to pay artists for their artwork, trained their software, and produced an image, would it be ok to enter it against other artwork, as long as the rules were followed? Have the image give credit to every artist who's style it learned from? If not then why?
