I recently started working with a company, taking head of their QA primarily for our sales team and our centerfy voice bot. using alot of transciptions and running them through chatgpt has made me really interested in the automation side of things, and I’m hoping to start contributing more there. Long term, I’d like to move deeper into software engineering and building automation systems, but i have no experience or knowledge of code right now. im wondering if its worth going forward with this.
