19:10 actually, AI is not that smarth, tech companies love to sell the idea that we are close to artificial general inteligence, that soon all jobs will be replaced by AI, but what we have is AI "capable" of doing some specifc task, because they were trained with tons of samples and can mimic it well enough to appear to be doing the right thing when it isnt.
there is the meme that is true, that AI suck at math, thats because its a a "text auto complete tool" even when its doing image generation, its just seeking for patterns, it has no idea what its doing or how to do it properly, this was "easy" to do with images, songs and text, but it will be much harder on many other areas we will need an new aproach.
