Please stop calling it artificial intelligence. What it is is simulated intelligence. It can be a great tool if we use it wisely, with our actual intellects and ethics in play. But almost no one believes we've succeeded in creating a true artificial mind with its own thoughts, although people like to talk as if they have -- or as if this is near on the horizon -- to market the technology.
