I am an engineer and a project and engineering manager. I wanna see AI coordinate complex tasks with people who, on the best of days, can not work with each other, and they are highly qualified specialists in their fields. Information, queries on technical items come in by the minute, and decisions need to be made hourly by consulting various groups of people with relevant expertise. Vendors, suppliers, logistics experts and construction teams need to be consulted... for sure we use AI to automate various tasks and process data, but human interface and collaboration between humans can not be done by AI.
