I believe we can regulate cloud services. A billion dollar company hosting the compute that's generating the copyright makes sense to sue. But when the tech is just on everyone's computer? Like you can't sue apple or Samsung for screenshot or screen record. Even though it helps people steal copyright content. You can't sue Photoshop for having a feature of outlining a picture for you to trace over, even though it helps people make make copyright characters. Kids games with it. Once these generation apps are running locally on phones, besides Targeting individuals making money off their IPs, I feel like there is nothing they can do. Anyone now can make rule 34 of a IP and post it online for free. So when average person is using it to generate Micky in a topic that Disney doesn't want Micky to be associated with. Can you sue?
