What "we" value? I mean, isn't that the entire ___ing crux of the situation? What "we" value is kind of all over the map, right? Pardon the pun. Same thing with "American goals and interests"? My God man, don't you think you need to unpack that just a bit? What interests? The fascism happening in the country right now? Maybe those interests?
The puzzlement of the anchor is annoying regarding such basic facts such as AI developers don't really understand what's going on inside the black box. Just an hour of basic research on AI development in general will inform you of that fact.
