I'm just curious, don't they have to prove what they claim when they are making a list and claiming things like they used BitTorrent on a pirate site? How could they possibly know all of that? Yes, the AI companies trained on music they admitted that, but when you make a list, shouldn't they have to prove that? When specific claims of a method is given, shouldn't they have to show proof of that?
