The correct use of AI in companies is not to save money replacing developers, is make more money making your developers more productive, my team understood this and it feels surreal how much we accomplished. Even the juniors devs (the most affected by AI) are know super productive and delivering value, which is the idea of hiring people with little experience, is an investment.
