And why on earth are you focussing on labor wage vs ai increasing productivity? Why would you whine about labors not getting pay increase when the actual problem is : increase in productivity means they need LESS WORKERS to do the job. Even if labor wages were to increase a millionfold, what does it matter when YOU ARENT IN IT? Besides, the video has already explained that costs will go down exponentially so the same amount of money will go a lot further. Nobody is crying if their wages stays the same but prices go DOWN, right?? Even if their wages go down, who cares if prices go even further down??
Also, you are speaking as if the usa is alone in the ai race, and therefore have extended period of time they can develop the industry. Wrong. If China overtakes you, its all over buddy. Its worse than failing AI altogether. Theres this little thing called BRICS already trying to pull the rug from under you, and AI is the last straw keeping you from going under.
