I think that putting this scenario as just an extrapolation of current time is wrong. Yeah today junior workers seem to be the victims of AI implementation, but I think that as the AI will get stronger the complete oppozite will happen- people will work on basic positions- ones with the highest touch with real world as it's immensly difficult for AI to sort it out, but leadership- executives, senior managers will be replaced with AI as the higher position goes the bigger data to tackle AI will make the biggest difference on higher positions. Basically we see it in research/science where we have tone of narrow superinteligence- humans do real world stuff, but computers do calculations, symulations etc. With AI work will look similar, we will be on lower posutions tasked with putting in data for AI.
