So... if I have AI write a book based on a unique concept I come up with and I spend the time editing, revising, and working with the AI to improve it and rewrite the work... I guess I have no right over the work, huh? Just no talent. No right. No skill. No I.P.

This is a dumb take. Like, really poorly though out. This is NO different than hiring a ghost writer to create something and then slapping your name on it and getting a copyright, except it's cheaper and easier to guide an ai on your vision than guiding a human.
No different than outsourcing a project while retaining the recognition under your company.
