This was actually a really fair analysis. I've found that they can be incredibly useful and boost productivity immensely. But it's often just when I'm stuck trying to figure something out myself that I ask the AI for a list of suggestions. Then go, "no, no, no, no, ok yes that one, but it still has this problem. Ok yes that's perfect."
