Love the idea of not using "autopilot" word. As there are many reckless drivers without it. Driver is fully liable for his car and driving it.
About what to do as a biker: I would encourage using more reflective gear. Also I found out that there are helmets with LED lights in them. I traveled across Europe with it. Can tell that it actually works. Most drivers at night probably are confused or scared with "strange" object on a road. Bet AI would try and recalculate everything.
