The problem is that AI has no common sense. A certain number of times, communications is garbled. If a human hears that the customer wants bacon with their ice cream, the human will be skeptical and will double check the customer. If AI hears the same thing, it will just record the order as is. The only way to overcome this is to put in a special case in the software for every possible error. This is impossible since there are an infinite number of possible errors.
