This shilling for AI is hilarious. Stop the lies. Companies are laying off because they’re outsourcing jobs to India and other countries that allows them to use cheap/slave labor. They’re also importing foreigners to replace Americans. They’re blaming AI because that helps to boost the stock price of tech companies and also sounds a lot better than saying that you’re replacing American with foreigners. In some cases, you have companies trying to force AI into the company’s processes as a sunk cost fallacy.
