I appreciate you bringing the concept more down to earth and highlighting it’s imperfections. While I’m glad it isn’t as oppressive as I originally thought, I’m still troubled by the concept of all of these organizations sharing data with each other. Something you didn’t mention but will be quite important is when this process is more automated, which will lead to more intense scrutiny of individuals and automatic penalties.
